Poll: Who Was the Best Joker?
August 28, 2008
Deciding who the best Joker was in various comic based films and television shows is no easy task. We recently posted the “Top Five Joker Quotes From ‘Batman: The Dark Knight’” which included the debate of Nicholson vs. Ledger in the comments. This time we want to make it official and poll the readers with the question “who was the best Joker?”
Cesar Romero
Cesar Romero was the Joker of the 1960s, playing the role in 18 episodes of the television series. He also reprised the role in the 1966 film.

Alone in the Dark due June 24, “Keep the Fire Burning” Today
May 27, 2008
Atari has sent us word that a contest is currently underway on their official Alone in the Dark site, www.centraldark.com. Now, while the prizes seem to be cool enough — 4 tickets for Paris or New York and some games — it really is just a clever marketing ploy to promote the game.
Regardless, to participate all you need to do is start a group where you pass a “torch” to all your friends and, in turn, they “keep the fire burning” onto others. Seems like fun, but also might take some work as the “torch” needs to be passed every 24 hours.
If your up for it, hit up the official site and get that fire burning. Alone in the Dark is developed by Eden Games and is due June 24 for Xbox 360, PC, Wii and PS2 with a PS3 version dropping by the end of the year.

Voxelstein 3D: 1st Official Release
April 21, 2008
Name: Voxelstein 3D
Developer: Hans Krieg
Category: Action
Type: Freeware
Size: 30MB
This remake was obviously based on ID’s FPS classic, created by Hans Krieg using the Voxlap engine. The game consists of only one short level, but is certainly worth checking out. There’s just something about the limitless possibilities of remakes that keeps me always checking out what freeware titles are hitting the web each week.
Grand Theft Auto IV Official Strategy Guide Cover
April 15, 2008
If you wanted to know precisely what the official strategy guide for Grand Theft Auto IV will look like, check out the image below. I’m not big on strategy guides myself, but this could be a useful pickup for anyone unfamiliar with the series. For anyone else, I’d suggest playing any game before buying a strategy guide. Guides sometimes take the fun out of exploring games on your own.
