‘Cheetah Girls: Passport To Stardom’ (DS) On Shelves Tomorrow
August 7, 2008
What the hell is ‘Cheetah Girls: Passport to Stardom’?. I’m sure anyone reading this article will probably wonder the same thing. Don’t worry. I asked myself the exact same thing when I heard about the new Nintendo DS game hitting shelves tomorrow. I assumed it had something to do with singing, dancing and fashion accessories and was somehow right.
The game will include various songs from the Cheetah Girls movies. Of course I’ve never watched any of them, so really can only go on what I was able to dig up with my Google-fu skills. According to Wikipedia, the game will include the following features:
Play as Aqua, Chanel, and Dorinda as they dazzle fans worldwide with their music and dance coreography. Explore 9 different locations as you perform in three international cities- New York, Barcelona and Mumbai! Use your Nintendo DS stylus to compete in a series of dance-offs to 10 Cheetah Girls hit songs! Includes new music from The Cheetah Girls: One World Disney Channel Original Movie. Includes DGamer- the new online community exclusively for Disney gamers.
Unfortunately there really aren’t any other games of note coming out this weekend. It’s been a rather slow week in games anyway. The only game of note coming out in the near future is Madden 09 on Tuesday.
Carmen Elektra & Kim Kardashian At Comic-Con
July 27, 2008
The major attraction at Comic-Con yesterday had nothing to do with comics or nerd news. Kim Kardashian and Carmen Elektra apparently stole the show promoting ‘Disaster Movie’. According to most reports, the lines to meet Carmen and Kim were longer than any other line on Saturday. Check out more images at the via link below.

Infomercial Gold: Proseal is ‘Amazing’
July 7, 2008
Whenever you get those sleepless night pangs, it’s likely the old telly throws at you a barrage of infomercials presenting you with the latest in “Girls Gone Wild” tomfoolery and why Extenze’s people “are so confident that this will work for you,” but the best ones are those that surprise you during the day.
Like the video below — after the break — is hilarity material at its best. Choice moments are the long pauses that emphasize just how good the product is, for example:
“You’ll save 40% more silicon………………amazing.”
‘Nazi Bathing Suit Girls’ Head To PSP
April 4, 2008
I’m not really sure what to think about this, but it is kind of interesting. The Japanese are always coming up with products that wouldn’t fly in United States. We’d probably have every special interest group picketing GameStops around the U.S. if we dropped a product like this on the market. I certainly don’t support what the Nazis stood for, but I do support creativity and things that poke fun at the darker sides of life.

Check out the screens from IGN HERE!
You probably will not be able to pickup the game from anything other than specialty shops in the U.S. Your best bet is to check out Play-Asia.com and pre-order the Fall release.
