KOTOR Minis and Campaign Guide Available Now

I was searching around the net to see if any new KOTOR 3 news had surfaced, but came up empty handed in that department. However, I did discover that KOTOR era mineratures got an expansion of 60 different characters and the KOTOR Campaign Guide is now available. RPG players should rejoice that Wizards of the Coast now has these items on the market. If you aren’t experienced with traditional RPGs, you might want to check the Star Wars options out. Any fan of the films, comic books or video games will probably be interested in what they find.

What Are Your Thoughts On ‘Mad World’ Coming to the Wii?

I just finished “bashing” the Wii with my last article but now I have some good things to talk about. Many people are talking about Mad World coming to the Wii and they aren’t all happy about it. Some people think it shouldn’t be coming to a “family friendly” system. I say “to hell” with that notion. Freedom is a great thing and if they don’t like the game, don’t buy the game. It’s that simple. From what I’ve seen, Mad World may actually turn out to be a pretty good game. We’re certainly not looking at another rubbish title like ‘Manhunt 2′.
We’d like to know what you think about ‘Mad World’ so far. Is it a good thing it’s headed to the Wii?

NO PS3 Price Cut at Leipzig

Leipzig, Germany - SCEE spokesman Nick Caplin says “It’s not going to happen. If you’re coming for that you’ll be disappointed,” speaking about Sony PlayStation’s 3 price cut.
Those expecting for Sony to announce a price cut for the PS3 aren’t getting their wish this year. In Leipzig, on August 20-22, Europe’s Biggest Video Games Fair, many expected Sony to make this announcement of a price cut. With sales of the PS3 getting stronger in this year, the PS3 is no longer required to lower it’s prices. I mean Sony has already dropped their prices from the very high price of $599 for the 60gb system. One this writer picked up…
In the 12 months ending March 31, Sony sold 9.24 million units, below its initial estimates of 11 million sales.

‘Sacred 2: Fallen Angel’ Packshot (PC)

The packshot for ‘Sacred 2: Fallen Angel’ was released today, so now you know what the box looks like when you are shopping for the game. Sacred 2 is basically a prequel to the original Sacred taking place 2,000 years before the first game’s events. With a new game engine, this game will be in beautiful 3D. The game is scheduled for release on the PC this September. If you aren’t into PC gaming, it will be coming to the Xbox 360 and Sony PS3 two months later in November. ‘Guitar Hero IV: World Tour’ Set List Leaked

A leaked set list is almost never exactly like the final product, but it gives a pretty good idea of what to expect. The Guitar Hero IV: World Tour set list was leaked and it doesn’t look too bad. When Rock Band came out, I had mentioned to people that my Guitar Hero days were over. With the additional of superior drums, it looks like GH is going to take the music game crown back in the near future. Check out the list after the jump!
Ball Caps of the KKK

I recently received this strange email encouraging me to check out the KKK website. I guess they didn’t realize I was Catholic. I’m also open-minded and love all people, so they certainly aren’t using targeted marketing techniques. Out of curiosity, I checked out their softheaded website that looks like a 8 year-old designed it. I came across some links where they sell various products such as hats, t-shirts, bumper stickers and more. While most of the hat logos are racist, a few are actually clever and some are simply disturbing. One claims the KKK is “the last hope for America”. If that band of mental defects are our last hope, we might as well pack our bags and give up now. The most clever hat states that KKK members are the “Original Boyz N The Hood”. I suppose they are. Rumor: Photos Of The New PSP Model (PSP-3000)

New images of the “PSP-3000″ originating from China have been all over the internet today. Many sites are claiming that this is proof that there is a new PSP model currently in production. The photos aren’t high quality enough for me to decide, so believing is up to you. If these are correct by chance, it looks like it has a built-in mic and several changes to the physical appearance of the system.

Japan Makes Cigarettes Kinda Kool Again

Living in America, we all know that smoking cigarettes is probably the worst sin you can possibly take part in. I’m actually a long time smoker myself, but hopefully I’ll quit in the next month or so. The Japanese recently modified the Kool cigarette to help out smokers who simply aren’t getting enough flavor with every draw. The modification is a simple one where a tiny ball inside the filter can be squeezed to shoot extra flavor into the smoke you are inhaling. At first I thought it was a joke, but then I remembered that the Japanes introduce really odd things like this on a daily basis. The Kool “Boosts” were originally designed in 2007.
