Jeff Cannata, of “The Totally Rad Show” fame, linked his “followers” to this reinvention of Living End’s “Prisoner of Society” from Guitar Hero World Tour. It was on the Twitter feed, we figured we’d share it with the rest of you not stuck on the “next Myspace” app:

Personally, would have swooned at a Yeah Yeah Yeahs or Sonic Youth rendition but we’re not an uptight bunch. We can deal this once “Bike Hero.” Just this once…

If you want to know what the final boss fight in Street Fighter IV looks like, check out the following video. Some of you may be impressed and others may feel a little let-down like myself. The final boss known as “Seth” simply seems generic and predictable in my opinion. Did we really wait this long for a lame final boss?

There’s a reason why my avatar is based on my looks in The Godfather game, the sheer resemblance is uncanny.  I’ve tried customizing myself in every game with the available feature, but most times my skin color or angry look cannot be replicated.  Then came The Godfather, and poof… my avatar personality was born.  I’m a huge follower of The Godfather, and the video below has my attention for The Godfather II.  Looking to tackle Havana is another aspect of the game that I’m greatly looking forward to.

Dynamic weather is something we always dream about as gamers, but never get to see. From looking at the following video, I’d have to say it looks like ‘Stoked’ got it right. I was a big fan of the Amped series and it looks like ‘Stoked’ will take snowboarding to a new video game level…

In this installment, The Sess discusses the epic themes of apocalyptic conquest that we have all become accustomed to while playing our favorite interactive media experiences and the climax that they move towards in their story arc. Do games reach the same final high point that films and novels strive for? Or is the development process hindering them from reaching a high-water mark that other forms of storytelling can achieve? Listen to the man spit some knowledge and let us know what you think.

Check out Sega’s latest trailer for House of the Dead… Grindhouse style.

If you’ve seen Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguezs’ last flick, ‘Grindhouse’ you’re gonna notice a slight resemblance in ‘House of the Dead: Overkill’ coming February 17th 2009.  The voice over, the graphics and the special effects all look like a worthy Wii title with a Grindhouse-esque style, especially with the addition of a WiiGun.  Then again, Red Steel used a WiiGun too…

The Sony PSP has been my top choice for portable gaming since it came out. With the Nintendo DSi around the corner, I may have to start thinking about the options. My love for the PSP is centered around my desire for homebrew. It looks like the DSi could turn out to be a great homebrew system. Wondering what the Nintendo DSi has in store for us? Check out the following video and wonder no more…

The Nintendo DSi video is in Japanese, but it still gives a look at some features we should expect!
