Nov 30

I’ve been playing Buzz! Quiz TV, getting ready for the holidays to outdo my inlaws, they’re tough.  So I’ve been in the mood for more trivia questions of late and my brother-in-law mentioned Sporcle.com.  I decided to check it out, and I found a trvia game for you guys that will have you reminiscing your past.  This writer ended up with a measly 22 (mistyped two), so I’ll give myself 24.  Give it a shot, and report your scores…

Can you name the Video Game Systems (released in the U.S.)?

  • Enter a system in the box below
  • Correctly named systems will show up in the table below
  • Answers do not have to be guessed in order
  • This game was contributed by Sporcle user: Ben

  • Does not include personal computers, such as the Commodore

You have 12 minutes to guess 68 answers.  Give it a try here.

Neo Geo was going for almost $800 when it came out! So no I didn’t get it!
Oh you mean on the quiz, but of course!

  7. 7. ManOfTeal Says:

The Neo Geo was $800 and the games were $250 each…..nobody that I knew had one.

I had a neighbor who was from Taiwan and somehow his dad got a Neo Geo for a small price during a trip to Asia. He was the only friend I had with the system. My primary experience with Neo Geo games was in the arcades.
