The Steam deals seem to just keep coming as we get closer and closer to X-mas. This time, they have a deal where you get Vice City for free if you pre-order GTA IV. While I’m not too excited about this considering I’ve been playing GTA on the 360 for some time, this could be a nice pickup for PC gamers who haven’t sampled the game.
