Word of the Day: “Bitchassness” ‘Table Football’ Screens (Nintendo Wii)
Aug 14

Sessler is back with another interesting edition of Sessler’s Soapbox. This time he’s talking about Diablo III’s flaming fanboys. I agree with him that many gamers have narrow minded views about how games are supposed to be. I agree that the creators of Diablo III have the right to change the game. It does have better graphics and better animation. Adam also mentioned that we’ve only seen about 20 minutes of footage, so we really don’t know how good or bad the title will be at this point. Are people afraid of change like Adam says?

I understand the uproar, but it really comes down to Blizzard’s decision. People can complain all they want, it won’t change a thing at this point. They can either accept that Blizzard knows best or wait until it comes out to complain.

I really think they just need to wait until we see more of the game. It’s also a good thing for games to advance as time goes on. I would be totally bored if Diablo III was just like Diablo II. Change is a necessary thing to keep moving forward. It’s really just a gamble with most game series.
